ABOUT WENDY:

 

Wendy grew up showing on the east coast, and has twenty years of experience showing and training in Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation.  She competed three consecutive years at the east coast indoor finals, placing in the top 20 in the ASPCA Maclay finals at Madison Square Garden in 1987.  As a junior rider Wendy won countless equitation championships as well as catch riding any horse she could. Wendy has a love for teaching riders to be well rounded knowledgeable horseman and developing quality schooled horses. Since founding Brownlee Equestrian in 2005, Wendy has coached many riders from beginners to championships in their show divisions on the SNHSA & Norcal show circuits up to the GP level. Wendy has worked directly with many renowned trainers such as Gabor Francia-Kiss, Andre Dignelli, Judy Richter, Dick Widger, Doug and Julie White and many more. Wendy is known for her friendly personality, positive teaching techniques, beautiful riders and well schooled horses.​
